3 years agoI lost my email access on both my iPad and iPhone. Can retrieve it on my iPad, through currently.com, which is unwieldy; but not on iPhone. I’m really upset because I’ve been happy with your service until now.
3 years agoOn 4/22/21, incoming/outgoing mail abruptly stopped working on my iPhone and iPad. Settings have not changed from the ones specified above. I can still access webmail, but I'm migrating all of my email to other accounts due to lack of support for these issues. Customer support clueless.

3 years agoI am not able to receive emails on my iPhone. Password and email works fine on the web browser, but not on iPhone with exact same information. Please advise.
3 years agoYesterday at 10 AM incoming emails would not download to both Outlook on my desktop and onto my iPhone. They worked just a few minutes prior. I could still log in through a web browser using the same credentials. None of the Help personnel had a clue. what was changed on the server end to make this happen. Oddly, the outgoing mail server still connects and works properly.
3 years agoI have gotten locked out of my email acct.....I changed the password on my laptop & everything is fine, however I cannot get it to change on my iPad or my iPhone.....what should I do?
4 years agoThe incoming server you have is incorrect. There should be a “L” at the end of “mai”. It should be: imap.mail.att.net
